William Harris is a seasoned Technology and Business Consultant with a strong background in leading intricate IT Transformation, Business Operating Model, and People Change initiatives across various industries like Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Outsourcing, Healthcare, and Telecoms.

Currently serving as the Director of Intelligent Automation at ISG, William specializes in aiding top global companies in formulating and executing their automation strategies, particularly focusing on Intelligent Automation including Robotic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Chatbots.

In his role at ISG, William manages a team of consultants dedicated to shaping the future of work by harnessing cutting-edge technologies in the automation space to drive significant transformations that enhance client business operations and customer experiences.

William holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a 2:1 classification from the University of the West of England. He has also been involved with esteemed organizations in various capacities such as Director - Head of Intelligent Automation & AI, EMEA at ISG Automation, Former Intelligent Automation Council Member at IRPA AI, and Doctoral Researcher focusing on Applied AI at the University of the West of England.

His professional journey includes key roles at Symphony Ventures as Director of Consulting EMEA, Senior Manager, and Principal Consultant. Prior to Symphony Ventures, William gained valuable experience at PA Consulting Group, Hewlett-Packard, and Panoramic Associates Ltd. He also contributed in different capacities at notable organizations like Royal Navy, University of the West of England, and PSA Peugeot Citroën.
