William Hardaway is a highly educated and experienced professional who has more than thirteen years of experience in various industries in California. He received his MA in Education Administration and Leadership, Higher Education & Design Thinking from California State University, Fresno, and his BA in Philosophy: Pre-Law from the same institution. Throughout his career, he has worked in multiple roles, including his most recent position as Design and Brand Director at WillGo, a design consultancy firm that uses Culture-Driven Design to reduce the appropriation of black culture in the fashion industry.

Before his current position, William worked as a Content Strategist at 3Rein Inc., an Academic Support Coordinator, and Academic Counseling Intern at California State University, Fresno. He was also a legal intern at Robert J Rosati J.D and an Orientation Leader, Intern Program Coordinator, and Undergraduate Program Assistant at California State University, Fresno and College of the Sequoias, respectively. His diverse experiences have equipped him with the skills to work on various aspects of design, content strategy, academic development, and counseling.

In his current role, William uses his expertise in using Culture-Driven Design to ensure that the fashion industry is not appropriating black culture. He employs a hands-on approach to ensure that his clients' objectives are met, providing expert opinions and strategies that align with his clients' goals.
