William Dileles

William Dileles is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in Business Analysis, Account Management, Project Management (utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies), and Digital Marketing across IT companies in Europe and Latin America.

Over the past three years, William has focused on his true calling as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, successfully delivering projects in complex environments with cross-functional teams. He excels in managing schedules, risks, time, and resource allocations for technical teams to meet project demands and ensure the strict achievement of milestones.

William holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Nacional Institute of Telecommunication - Inatel, Brazil (2014) and a Master's in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain (2021). He is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) by Scrum Org. (2021).

His educational background includes studies in Public Administration (MPA) at Universidade Candido Mendes, Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering at Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel, and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

William has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as Modix Iberia (part of Cox Automotive) as a Project Manager and previously as an Account Coordinator. He has also worked as a Project and Business Process Analyst at Algar Tech, Technical Project Manager - Vehicle Integration Responsible at Fiat Spa, and interned as a Project Manager at Inatel.

During his early career, William gained experience as a Business Development Intern, Processes Intern, Director of Quality, Quality Manager at CP2eJr - Junior Company Inatel, and as a Monitor at Inatel - Cas@ Viva.
