William Bingaman

William Bingaman is a distinguished Professor of Neurological Surgery at Lerner College of Medicine CWRU with over 20 years of experience specializing in surgical treatment for adult and pediatric epilepsy. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Neurological Institute at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Bingaman pursued his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine at Temple University School of Medicine, after completing his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry at The Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Epilepsy Surgery at Cleveland Clinic and also worked as an Unaffiliated Neurotrauma Consultant for the NFL.

His exceptional academic background and extensive expertise in neurological surgery make him a well-respected figure in his field.
