    William M. Audet is an accomplished attorney and founding partner at Audet and Partners, LLP, specializing in complex litigation encompassing mass torts, product liability, antitrust, and consumer class actions.

    Mr. Audet obtained his B.A. from the University of California, Davis, in 1981, pursued a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984, where he served as the editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review, and furthered his legal education with a Masters of Law from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1987.

    Following his clerkship at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Audet went on to clerk for notable judges including The Honorable Alfonso J. Zirpoli and The Honorable Fern M. Smith, both United States District Judges for the Northern District of California.

    During his tenure at the University of Wisconsin School of Law for his Masters Degree in Law, Mr. Audet also contributed as a clinical instructor. With a strong focus on advocacy, Mr. Audet actively engages in speaking engagements and is a co-author of Handling Federal Discovery (9th Ed.)(James Publishing Company).

    Recognized for his outstanding contributions to the legal community, Mr. Audet received the Justice Award from the San Francisco Bar Foundation in 2005 for his financial support and his firm's pro bono initiatives. He has held leadership roles in groundbreaking legal cases and has been consistently acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Northern California by SuperLawyers Magazine.
