• Implementation of RTM strategy: working direct with customers via EU Master distributor Zandbergen & indirect via sub-distributors, active in Retail & Food Service channels across EU. 
• First commercial hire of Beyond Meat EMEA
• Built relationship with 110+ customers in EMEA with extensive experience in the BeNeFra and NORDICs region for both Retail & Foodservice.
• Managing high performing teams; 5 FTE from Master distributor and 3 Field Sales teams (FR, BE, SE). 
• Building and owning annual business plans; steering on KPI’s GSV, NSV, GM, ND, Velocity and MS.
• Implementation and managing aggressive price (down) strategy in EU via (sub)distributors and retailers.
• Creating and implementing processes & structure: first Forecasting tool; Sell-out tool (distributor to end customer); Value chain scenario model, Sales account plans; Retail pitch decks.
• Managing complex (FS) deals: Disneyland Paris 5 yr exclusive partnership. Circle K with a Pan EU scope.

Heartland Food Products Group is a US family-owned company and global leader in the Sweeteners category with a turnover ≥ 600M$ and best-in-class FMCG product offerings in 3 categories: sweeteners (SPLENDA), coffee (JAVA HOUSE Cold Brew Coffee) and liquid water enhancers (Go SPLASH).

• Building a sweeteners business (Brand & PVL) via Food Retail & Food Service channels across EU mainland.
• Business case creation for new EU RTM model (& approval), with a 44 country scope. Acquiring new and managing current Distribution Partners in EU and managing Direct Retail partners with customers e.g. Albert Heijn & Delhaize (Ahold), Jumbo, Carrefour, E.Leclerc, Auchan, ICA. Responsible for a business of 1,4M.
• Main achievement: acquired 3 new DP’s in EU & ROS increase of 150% at Albert Heijn since launch of Splenda.
