Willem Mast is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, industrial design, drafting, and document production & control.

He is the Co-Founder, Principal Engineer, Design & Development Manager, and Operational Control at WMD SQUARED, a firm specializing in product design, engineering solutions, and compliance services.

With almost 20 years of experience, Willem has honed his skills in problem-solving, mechanical detailing, GD&T, material knowledge, 3-D modeling, FEA requirements, and hands-on mechanical design.

He approaches projects with a creative, unrelenting mindset, aiming for elegant and practical solutions, and values empowering his team to excel.

Willem Mast holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and has held key roles at Access Oil Tools, Forum Oilfield Technologies, Maritime International, SCIEX, and Halliburton.
