Willem Loijens

Willem Loijens is a driven and enterprising manager with a focus on results and team collaboration. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked in a variety of management roles in well-known companies like Albert Heijn, Blokker, and Super de Boer. He is a graduate of Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden, where he earned a degree in Retail Management.

Willem's career began with a stint as an assistant supermarket manager at Albert Heijn Emmeloord, after which he went on to become a supermarktmanager at three different Albert Heijn locations. He later worked as a Rayon Manager at Talant, Director and Founder of Maricol, and Owner of Uwboten.nl and Spar Loijens. He was also an Implementation Manager of Lean at Laurus and a Directeur en oprichter at Maricol.

Willem's area of expertise lies in creating improvements through collaboration and teamwork, with a focus on tangible results. He has a proven track record of successfully managing teams and a broad range of responsibilities in both established and start-up businesses.
