Managed a project to partner the WWF with financial institutions to improve the environmental sustainability of salmon aquaculture in Chile. The project was part of the WWF's Market Transformation initiative to develop sustainable supply chains of natural resources by engaging and partnering with businesses. 

• Designed and implemented sustainability strategy with farmers, banks, insurers, and the WWF
• Secured funding with the Director of WWF Chile to complete the first phase of the project
• Authored and implemented internal agreement between WWF Chile and a local bank that specified seven environmental and social areas of common ground
• Designed six long-term projects with scientists from WWF Chile to measure, analyze, and improve sustainability of salmon production

PSFI Project Manager

Financial analyst role with cross-functional exposure to operations, supply chain planning, sourcing, and logistics. Responsibilities included financial planning and strategic analysis of GE Wind Americas purchase price variance, inbound transportation, and inventory obsolescence. 

• Built financial models to anticipate detailed inventory price fluctuations and summarize aggregate  $50MM of risks and opportunities to senior management
• Designed products to track, display, and highlight key commodity and foreign currency price changes
• Developed KPIs to assess cross-functional adoption of a new Oracle ERP system and reported progress to senior management on a weekly basis
• Led cross-functional team in planning and execution of 2010 annual physical inventory audit for the Greenville Wind manufacturing site: performance improved 98% from 2009 and achieved a 0.5% surplus of the inventory balance

Wind Supply Chain Finance Analyst

FMP is the longest tenured leadership development program at GE. The program consists of four rotations through GE business units with concurrent academic coursework and training to develop core accounting, finance, and strategy skills to develop undergraduate hires into analytical business leaders. 

• Led financial planning and analysis in commercial finance, base cost, and service shop finance roles for multiple energy services businesses
• Implemented cost out initiatives across four newly acquired U.S. and U.K. manufacturing sites 
• Managed finances, maintained controllership, and partnered with local manufacturing teams for three cost centers with $20-50MM in annual costs (Appleton, WI; Fenton, MO; Charleston, WV)
• Redesigned productivity calculations across 14 manufacturing operations in Schenectady, NY plant
• Received Inclusive Leadership award for cross-functional project to redesign productivity calculations
• Completed GE leadership training in Foundations of Leadership and Lean Six Sigma project management
