Will Swearingen

Will Swearingen is a highly accomplished manufacturing and engineering leader with a diverse background that spans the military and investment banking. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business. With a strong commitment to core values, Swearingen brings to the table a unique blend of determination, innovation, and well-being that is essential for success in the modern construction industry.

Swearingen's experience includes roles at Amazon Lab126, where he served as Senior NPI Operations Program Manager for key products like the Echo Show and Amazon Astro. He also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Lazard and held several leadership positions in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including Senior Logistics Officer and Cavalry Scout Platoon Leader.

Currently, Swearingen is the General Manager for Emerging Markets at Clark Pacific, where he is responsible for driving growth and innovation in manufacturing and engineering. He previously served as the Director of Manufacturing, Emerging Markets, and Associate Director of Manufacturing for the company. Swearingen is a dynamic and motivated leader who is passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional results.
