Will Skillman

Will Skillman is a real estate expert with a passion for entrepreneurship and social responsibility. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Skillman has worked across three continents and gained a wealth of experience owning, renovating, and selling properties. His work includes building a medical clinic in South Africa, earning an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance, and helping business owners across Europe analyze their investment decisions. Skillman founded Notting Hill, a real estate investment consultancy, in 2015, which he later pivoted into the acquisition of Manufactured Housing Communities with the founding of Brightstar Communities in 2019.

Skillman's educational background includes studying Business Law and Finance at Ohio University, earning an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Warwick, and studying doctorate-level Entrepreneurial Studies at Warwick Business School. He has held numerous positions throughout his career, including serving as President of Brightstar Communities and working as a Real Estate Investment Consultant for KW Commercial and Notting Hill Genesis.
