Will Ross

Will Ross is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in various capacities within construction companies.

His expertise lies primarily in business development and preconstruction services, areas where he excels and thrives the most.

Over the course of his career, Will has gained valuable experience working on both the General Contractor side and the Owner side of construction projects.

Apart from his corporate roles, he has also been involved in developing smaller projects with partners, a task he finds immensely fulfilling.

Will Ross recently achieved a milestone by passing the California Real Estate exam and is actively pursuing the acquisition of his real estate license.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, further studies at The University of Georgia, and high school education at The Baylor School.

Throughout his career, Will has held significant positions such as President at Grant General Contractors, where he currently presides, and Director Of Client Services at the same company.

Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of West Coast Operations at Tri-North Builders and held the dual position of Director of Client Services & Senior Project Manager at Grant General Contractors.
