The controversy here doesn't come from seed oils, it comes from double standards in public health.
Unusual covid policy was justified with a "if it saves just one life..." standard despite non-existent empirical evidence on the 6-foot rule or wearing a mask while walking to your restaurant table.
Seed oil, microplastic/phthalate, fluoride data is dismissed with a "weak evidence" standard despite it being clear that interventions will likely have material impact on child development and adult health!
To restore trust in public institutions: we must apply the same standard to everything!
I propose starting with a zero-tolerance policy for PFAS, plastics, and pharma in tap water!
