Will Reeves is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience working in various capacities for the City of Rockville, MD, Indian Health Service, National Institutes of Health, Department of Homeland Security, and tribal governments. With expertise in Tribal Housing Management, Community Recreation Programs, Human Resources, and IT program/project management, Reeves has made significant contributions to every organization he has worked at. Currently, he serves as the HR Director for the West Segment of the MHA Nation. Reeves has a diverse educational background and has earned degrees in Patriotism from the United States Marine Corp, B.S. from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Associates from Montgomery College, and a Master of Arts in the field of management.

Over the years, Reeves has worked in various roles such as Human Resources Director, Housing Director, General Manager, Business Development Manager, Mortgage Consultant, and Information Technology Specialist. His professional experience spans across tribal, federal, state, and local governments, as well as business development with small and medium-sized businesses.
