Will Perez

Will Perez is a renowned cybersecurity practitioner and researcher whose work is focused on the fusion of next-generation technologies, organizational processes, and their impacts on security and safety. With a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security, Perez has in-depth knowledge and field experience of cybersecurity technologies and penetration testing methodologies of ICS, IoT, and cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google, and Azure.

Previously, Perez has worked in various capacities at Royal Caribbean Group, including Director of Maritime Cybersecurity, Director of Cybersecurity, Senior Manager Information Security, Security Manager, Senior Information Security Engineer, and Information Technology (IT) Engineer. He has also worked as an IT Security Specialist and an Aircraft Mechanic in the United States Air Force.

Perez currently serves as the Director of Cybersecurity Solutions at Moran Cyber, where he utilizes his experience in security automation, devsecops, security data analysis, ML/AI, and other futuristic technologies. He is widely known for his expertise in securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), IoT, and cloud infrastructure and is a prolific researcher in the field of cybersecurity.
