His educational background includes a Master of Science by Research and a Postgraduate Certificate in Research in coaching from the University of Gloucestershire, along with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from the same institution.

Throughout his career, Will has held key positions such as Director of Sport & Physical Activity at Cheltenham Ladies' College, Head of Children & Young People at Sport England, Chief Operating Officer at Welsh Rowing, Principal Consultant & Lead Trainer at Prospects4Sport, and various other roles focused on sports management, development, and coaching.
