Will Leonelli is the Peopleworks Leader (HR Director) at Flight Centre Travel Group, with a strong passion for nurturing the company's unique culture and driving growth since its establishment in the UK in 1995.

In his role, Will focuses on developing and implementing innovative people strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, leadership programs, HR & payroll, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, including both business and leisure sectors, Will has been instrumental in the success and expansion of Flight Centre Travel Group, particularly during his 17-year tenure at the company.

He holds a Master of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management with Distinction from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History & History from the University of Nottingham.

Will's dedication to cultural integration and support extends beyond the UK, as he also plays a key role in assisting newly acquired businesses in nine other European countries.
