Will Lawton is a highly experienced financial services leader with a rich background in wealth management, private banking, and fintech, having held prominent positions across major financial hubs like London, New York, Zurich, and Singapore.

In his extensive career spanning over 30 years in global financial and commodity markets, with a considerable focus in Asia for 14 years, Will has excelled in areas such as strategy formulation and implementation, sales and business development, proposition development, marketing function leadership, and spearheading fintech wealth business transformation programs.

For the past 4 years, Will has concentrated on the Wealth Fintech sector, first leading Eigencat, a HNW B2B hybrid robo advisory platform, and later serving as the head of QUO, a subsidiary of TradingScreens, which offers digital electronic execution and order management solutions to wealth managers, family offices, and private banks.

His notable roles include being the Head of Investment Group for HSBC Private Bank in Singapore, overseeing discretionary, advisory, and product services, as well as serving as Chief Investment Officer for RBS Coutts in Zurich.
