Will Lane

Will Lane is an accomplished investment banking advisor, CEO, and strategist with a vast background in the capital markets, real estate, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and market guidance. He has a vast portfolio of experience that includes IPOs, public listings, up listings, corporate finance planning, and spanning multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has been the lead strategist in over 100 SB2/S1 registrations and negotiated over a billion dollars in transactions.

In addition to his investment banking experience, Lane infuses innovative problem-solving techniques into his client's needs, enabling him to maneuver out of complicated situations that impact organizational growth. His expertise lies mainly in the middle and small cap markets, where he is well-known for being an "outside of the box thinker."

Lane is the CEO and managing member of Lane Zilla Financial, and he's previously held positions as chairman and CEO at BFR Capital Group and CEO of Pillar Capital Group. Moreover, he also served as the executive producer, chairman, and CEO of StoneRidge Studios and Quantum Inc.

Lane has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from State University of New York at Stony Brook, minor in Computer Programming from Suffolk County Community College, and holds a real estate broker's license in Arizona. He's a former professional bowler and has experience as a stockbroker with Stratton Oakmont, RTG Richards, and West America Securities.
