Will Houghteling

Will Houghteling is the Executive Vice President of Product & Platforms at FranklinCovey, a role he has held since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Product & Platforms from April 2021 to June 2022. Houghteling joined FranklinCovey following the acquisition of his company, Strive, where he was the Founder and CEO from February 2017 until its acquisition in April 2021. Houghteling has a background in education and technology, having previously worked as the Managing Director for North America at the Minerva Project, an innovative liberal arts university program.
