Will Hope

Will Hope is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in artist marketing, label relations, and digital operations. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and History from the University of Leeds, he has held various leadership roles and worked with major companies such as Spotify, YouTube, Universal Music Group International, and Warner Music Group.

As Head of Artist Marketing for EMEA at YouTube, Hope is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to help artists grow their audiences and increase their revenue. Prior to this, he held multiple positions at Spotify, including Associate Director of Global Premium Brand, Head of Artist Marketing for the UK and International markets, and Director and Senior Director of EU and ANZ Label Relations.

Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in digital marketing, content management, data analysis, and business development. His vast knowledge and expertise in the music industry make him an incredibly valuable asset to any team.
