Will Heaston

Will Heaston is a J.D./Ph.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and the Wharton School with a focus on appellate/commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense/investigations, corporate compliance, corporate crime, and anti-corruption policy.

Will's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Ethics and Legal Studies, a Master of Science (M.S.) from The Wharton School, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Corruption and Governance from the University of Sussex, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and History from Drake University.

Will has held various positions including Teaching/Research Assistant and Ph.D. Candidate at The Wharton School, Judicial Intern at United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Legal Humanities Fellow at Collegium Institute, Research Associate at Bâton Global, among others.

In 2022, Will is set to work as a summer associate at Duane Morris in Philadelphia.
