Will CT is a seasoned OD & Coach with over 20 years of solid HR experience in a sizable manufacturing company. With a background spanning 16 years in the electronics/appliances industry and 7 years in fast-moving consumer goods, Will brings a wealth of knowledge in HR practices and strategies.

Will has 7 years of experience in COE/JV HR integration, specializing in driving organizational change and aligning HR functions with business goals. Additionally, Will is a certified Organization Leadership Coach with credentials from IAOL, having completed the ODCP and LCCP programs.

Having completed the ICF Coach Program and certifications in coaching methodologies like Genos International's Emotional Intelligence, Will is well-equipped to coach individuals and teams towards peak performance. With a Master's degree and MBA from Tianjin University, Will combines academic knowledge with practical HR expertise.

In recent years, Will has focused on JV HR integration programs, organization and talent development, leadership development, Hi-Po talent cultivation, coaching, performance-driven culture, and culture transformation. Will has also been instrumental in HR transformation projects, particularly in building COEs and enhancing HR pillars.

Throughout Will's career, they have held key positions such as Head of L&D/Org. & Talent at a JV with a world-class MNC, Senior Manager for Group Organizational Development and Talent at Nestle's joint venture, Site HR Manager at Laird Technology, and various HR managerial roles in multinational corporations like CSS, Kaz (Far East) Ltd, and TechTronic Appliance.
