Having transitioned from a successful career in recruitment where he worked with major companies across Europe, Will brought his knack for building relationships and problem-solving to the property maintenance and renovation sector.

His passion for property led him to found his own business, which later merged into C & M Servicing Ltd, ultimately rebranded as Charterhouse Property Solutions under his leadership.

With a background in business and marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, Will's diverse experience ranges from managing director roles to IT and tech headhunting ventures.

An innovative thinker, Will believes in customizing solutions for each client to meet their specific needs, a principle he upholds in his quest to be the preferred property solutions provider in the region.
