Will Cardwell

Will Cardwell is a seasoned venture capital investor, entrepreneur, and business professor. With over 15 years of experience in the Finnish high-tech environment, he has established himself as a leading figure in venturing strategy and finance, as well as international go-to-market, pitch training, and social media marketing. He is a partner at two venture capital funds, Courage Ventures and Open Circle Capital, and a Professor of Practice at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is also a lecturer at Aalto University and Helsinki School of Business and a mentor in several accelerators. Will is the former Executive Chairman at Huoleti Oy, former Chairman at Wellness Foundry, and former board member and advisor at Treamer. Additionally, he is a direct shareholder in several companies, including Fast Monkeys Oy, Zapflow Oy, and Polar Partners Oy. Will has studied in leading education institutions, gaining an MBA at Cranfield School of Management and a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Aalto University, among others.
