Wilhelm Schultz

Wilhelm Schultz is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience in the mining, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors. He has worked with clients all over the world, providing counsel on critical strategic, operational, and organizational issues. Wilhelm is passionate about guiding his clients towards achieving their next level of operational performance.

Wilhelm earned his MBA from the prestigious University of Oxford's Said Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), cum laude, from the University of Pretoria. Wilhelm's specialties include business turnarounds/transformation, operational improvement/process redesign, organizational effectiveness, strategy and business development, and operations improvement/process redesign.

Prior to his current position, Wilhelm served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and Engineeer at Kumba Iron Ore. He is currently a Director at Partners in Performance, where he previously served as a Principal.
