Wil Massara

Wil Massara is a 22-year-old social entrepreneur with a passion for empowering individuals such as teenagers, business leaders, educators, and authors. Growing up in Regional Western Australia, Wil embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at age 11 with an aviation consulting website. By 15, he founded the Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA), impacting over 40,000 young people from 1,100+ schools across Australia. Wil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is keen on pursuing speaking engagements globally.

Wil's professional experience includes roles such as Head of Strategic Projects at The Youth Impact Foundation, CEO of Youth Leadership Academy Australia, and Director of Planeapidea. He is also a former Keynote Speaker and has worked at Subway as a Sandwich Artist.
