Wieland Morgenstern
Wieland Morgenstern is a computer vision specialist with extensive experience in robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. He studied Computer Engineering, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Technische Universität Ilmenau. He is currently a Research Associate at Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI, where he is actively involved in conducting research in computer vision. He previously worked at Orah as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, where he worked on developing software for professional grade virtual reality camera systems. Additionally, he has also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Fraunhofer IOSB, interned as a Computer Engineer (Mac OS X) at DxO Labs, and served as a Studentischer Konsul at TU Ilmenau. Morgenstern loves tinkering with new technologies and programming languages, constantly expanding his skillset in innovative ways.
