My site's intent is to examine life's journeys as they come, analyzing them from an honest and incredibly raw perspective. It's literally a bit of everything, all morphed into one entity. (Anything from detailed accounts after awakening from my insanely vivid dreams to my most vulnerable moments as I weave in and out of relationships with individuals, including artistic and poetic manifestations of these as well, and much, much more...)

I create for two reasons: therapeutic expressionism and for others traveling down similarly awkward roads in life to find a bit of solace in their day.

PHOTOGRAPHY. 
My work is first and foremost extremely creative... I'm more on the contemporary side - conceptually formal yet typically modern in execution. 

As far as approach goes, I'm instinctively synonymous to a more candid-style, however most importantly aim to capture elegance.  I love discovering sparks in each capture and run often into golden opportunities.  Artistically, spontaneous travel photography is my most prized photographic expression.

For artistic installation purposes, I am experienced in projecting video onto and into things, as well as videography that forces the viewer to get up close and personal - inviting them to feel as if they are literally stepping into the world they are watching.

PAINTING.
I do commissioned paintings including but not limited to oil, acrylic, mixed-media, wall murals, and/or large-scale pieces to be installed in a particular space. I can paint from your mind, my mind, or a photograph!

MOSAICS.
Glass and tile mosaic designs I create are incredibly detailed and most things can be resembled or "drawn" with shading glass colors. I use charcoal or black grout in most projects to give it a more polished look. I specialize in both asymmetry in the form of abstract geometric art, as well as designing symmetrically composed pieces that you'd typically find around mosaiced fireplaces. I create custom jewelry boxes, stools, and table tops as well.

MUSICAL BACKGROUND
I trained aggressively as a classical flutist and orchestra piccolo player. I began writing and composing mini songs at age 11, and was honored at 12 to be in the Indiana Junior All-Star Band, a narrowed statewide selection of young musicians whom comprised the orchestra. 

Additionally, I was selected for multiple city and statewide school-sponsored (solo & duet) competitions, all becoming meaningfully inspiring experiences.


CURRENT EXPLORATION 
Later years were spent developing intuitive delivery as a lyricist/freestyler until style was reached, versatility my key. 

I also enjoy my investigation through expressing duality, as well as the dynamism behind creating sounds that excitedly awaken and energize the soul yet become grounded by counteracting with lyrics that have been retrieved from the deepest of areas. I find harmony in balancing these two worlds, yin and yang fashion.

I make music to make myself and others FEEL something. I work completely alone on every aspect of every song. Sometimes I use a mic, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I use headphones, sometimes I don't. Sometimes it's made on my couch, sometimes in my woods. Music is another form of my artistic expression, just one with which I DEEPLY identify. 

My background lies in strict formal training as a first-chair classical flutist and piccolo player. I began writing mini-compositions around age 12 and was selected to preform in the Indiana Junior All-Star Band at age 13.  I maintained first chair in high school before becoming musically inspired by my immersion in hip-hop culture.  I began free-styling at age 16, recording with local rap artists at 18 in 2001, and started making my own beats and musical productions December 2013.

Helped to expand launch and market territory for then new Free Market Wine Group, a wholesale wine and liquor distribution company. Our product specialized in smaller boutique wineries and spirits from around the world. I had several accounts in a variety of cities in which I singelhandedly connected to and created permanent placements. This included on and off-premise accounts, chain liquor and grocery stores (locally owned only), as well as restaurants and bars. I worked with suppliers and vineyard owners/winemakers, as we held tastings and educational briefs together at accounts, and they typically represented their product at events we had lined up or were participating in during their stay. I also held tastings of our product at various accounts, marketed (by even creating myself at times) product literature, trained new reps, partipated in warehouse inventory, and worked with restaurant managers/owners to assist in their bar menu/layout, I successfully helped participate in the company launch by establishing many new leads, building solid and trustworthy relationships with all accounts, staying focused on contributions to generate/increase revenue while maintaining highest sales.

As instructors, our main goal was to teach children how to draw and connect to art. A unique educational process associated with only their company practice essentially teaches visual deconstruction and then the  re-application of the individual components that ends up recreating the original image. 

Young Rembrandts teaches to at first see shapes, and then shapes within shapes, which allows them to understand the overall shape interaction and then recognize them as the building blocks for the final outcome.  Given then, are necessary tools for the children and teens to graphically compute and process what they see.   

Depending on their skill level, we always would teach in a way that we broke things down first cognitively - before we ever began building them physically.  It caught on impressively, the break down of analysis in their brains were quite evident, for every single individual seems to benefit from Young Rembrandts Montessori-based style of teaching.  

It also encourages their embracing of individual technique in the end.  It also was a fantastic way to boost confidence within students, whom ranged in age from preschool-middle school– a love and excitement for the arts while, allowing them to see the world in a way that will always be more easily to draw.

Taught Adult Digital Photography.  Instructors at the IAC create their own carriculum, which allows each class to take on a different ambience by covering the essentials.  By naturally keeping a somewhat playful vibe in class, students seem to learn spiritedly.  I prefer what ever induces invigoration overall in the entire student/teacher conversation. Specifically, I desire to teach and explain in a manner that cultivates a youthful embodiment of passion while learning the body and function of the beautiful object/what it is/how it works/what it can do/how it can make you feel/format options bridging awareness to creatively personalized expression.  Lectures on camera body/function included: aperture, speed, time, lens, light dispersion and Kelvin scale, filters, metering, content/conceptuality, atypical exposures, format, Photoshop, and colored correctly calibrated printing.

I trained all new servers/shift leaders at all establishments (three different concepts), management for one.  In addition to then current employees, I trained future servers, bartenders, and management for most recent establishment opening.  Part of this included implementing wine tastings/training, as well as teaching wine/food pairings to help FOH maximize sales by orchestrating these factors in addition to other creative sales techniques.  I was involved with several coursed benefit dinners, and gained experience in black tie fundraising events.

High-end floral arrangements focused on spacial composition and color. Use of exotic and unusual flowers/elements to create pieces of art were our aim.  We did many weddings and I gained much experience quickly in bridal/maid of honor bouquets, center pieces, and display arrangements.  We offered on-site set up of these, which we designers participated in at times.  We did corsage and boutonnière-making often, (of course) custom as well as maintaining variety abundance around prom for instance, enabling the find of something to match for efficient pre-event purchasing, offering tutorials when needed.  We used a unique selection of vases beyond industry standard, upon which designers matched mindfully and tastefully to the arrangement itself, which we tried to personalize the style of both as much as possible to the client.  As designers, we composed arrangements by intuition or by the client's decision from book ideas we offered in shop.

Contracted out to market and promote big brand companies who typically either did national event touring or worked with large-spectator events, such as Best Buy (their 2002 Future Home of America), Calvin Klein, Coca-Cola (worked with a Big Ten college game championship corporate marketing team), etc.  Some events were for the afternoon, some were in town all week, regardless they provided tremendous insight to the world of promotional events/marketability and was able to witness the ingenuity of the trickle down effect of huge corporation, to the marketing team/concept it created and chose, to me - the person attractively-luring the consumer by talking their way through the company's successfully executed marketing strategy.  I was able to learn by witnessing first hand the steps taken by the largest companies in the nation to approach its target audience directly and why.
