Whitney Kilgore is an accomplished academic technology leader with a proven track record of success. With vast experience in project planning, engagement management, and strategic planning, she has excelled in building strategic alliances and partnerships to achieve project goals. Whitney is an expert in learning management systems evaluation and administration, pedagogy and andragogy, proactive and collaborative management, risk assessment, and mitigation. Whitney holds an associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Del Mar College, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Learning Technologies at the University of North Texas.
Whitney's professional experience includes serving as the Vice President - Academic Services and Vice President - Learning Technologies at Academic Partnerships, as well as the Director of Academic Technology Services and Consultant at SunGard Higher Education. Additionally, she has worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Ingleside Independent School District and as a Classroom Teacher at Ingleside Independent School District and CORPUS CHRISTI ISD.
