We have created a repeatable process to identify unique insights to hyperlocal problems, develop novel product entry points, de-risk our product approach, recruit exceptional founders / CEOs, and ultimately launch a few hyperlocal startups per year.

RandomPizza is a side project I run when I have time from Techstars and Hand-Picked. It is a subscription service that delivers you pizza *randomly*. I know, pretty game changing.

I run the day-to-day operations of Hand-Picked Atlanta. Currently, I wear a lot of hats. (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Design, etc.)

Work closely with the 2019 Atlanta batch to analyze and refine financial models, develop and refine go-to-market strategies, conduct market research and much more. Companies in Techstars range from those who are early stage to some which have already raised capital and are looking for their next acceleration opportunity. Through the Techstars Worldwide Entrepreneur Network, founders and their teams connect with other entrepreneurs, experts, mentors, alumni, investors, community leaders, and corporate partners who will help their companies grow.

In my role as Community Manager, I helped oversee the monthly pitch competitions for the startup incubator. A major component of this role was networking and event planning, as each competition required scouting startups to pitch, coordinating with investors regarding scheduling, marketing the event, catering, cultivating sponsors, setting up, and finally overseeing the event.

My main responsibilities involved working inside Salesforce to assess and generate reports for various managers within the company. The reports included research on quarter and annual sales metrics for individuals, territories, and product lines. Also, I helped train and onboard employees to SalesLoft while also troubleshooting internal software problems. My role allowed me to define acceptance criteria for employees to complete.
