Wesley Sanders

Wesley Sanders, MAI, CCIM, is a seasoned professional in the field of Commercial Real Estate, specializing in Real Estate Consulting, Feasibility Studies, Rent Comparability Studies, Brokerage, Valuation, and Expert Witness Testimony.

With extensive experience and qualifications, Wesley is a Certified General Appraiser in Florida and Texas, as well as a State Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. He holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is MAP Certified with HUD and HTC experience. Additionally, he is a CCIM designated member of the CCIM Institute.

Wesley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, as well as Associate degrees in Arts, Science, English, and Business from Blinn College.

Throughout his career, Wesley has held key positions in various reputable organizations. He currently serves as the Senior Managing Director at ANCRE Group. Previously, he held senior roles at Entreken Associates, Inc., National Appraisal Group, BBG-Butler Burgher Group, LandAmerica, Florida Real Estate Advisors, Inc., Tommy Marshall & Associates, and RE/MAX Texas Heritage Realty.
