    Wes Battle is a prominent figure in the media and communications industry, known for his expertise in earned media, crisis communications, and executive positioning.

    With a rich background in the U.S. Navy, Wes served as a Naval Flight Officer flying the S-3B Viking carrier aircraft during Middle Eastern deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was recognized as a Viking Tactics Instructor and later delved into roles such as Speechwriter to the Vice Chief of Naval Operations and International Affairs analyst for the Secretary of the Navy.

    Transitioning into civilian roles, Wes became the Communications Director for Congressman Randy Forbes, focusing on Naval Seapower and Readiness topics. Prior to his military service, Wes was associated with George magazine and The New York Times, offering his writing skills and covering advertising in Madison Avenue.

    Extending his expertise as a consultant, Wes has counseled numerous corporate and non-profit clients on strategic communications, advocacy, and media. Noteworthy is his leadership role in reinstating wrestling in the Summer Olympics as the Chief of Staff for the Committee for the Preservation of Olympic Wrestling (CPOW) in 2013.

    An alumnus of the University of Virginia and Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Wes is deeply rooted in academia. He is also a skilled athlete with a passion for golf, wrestling, and triathlons, having completed the renowned Ironman World Championships in Kona in 2011. Wes resides in Georgetown with his family and pets.
