- I'm a ML Tech Lead in building LLM safety related models and products. They have been used as scalable and automated solutions for detecting, remediating, and testing safety concerns in Google AI products and models (e.g. Gemini, Bard, etc).
- We leverage and develop cutting-edge techniques like supervised fine-tuning (SFT), Parameter Efficient Fine-tuning (PEFT), prompting, etc to train LLMs, distill into small Bert-like models, and then serve them as real-time model APIs. 
- We leverage LLM prompting for generating high quality/adversarial/diverse datasets and then use them for improving the model performance, multi-lingual/multi-locale extension, and improving generalization.
- We build multiple products (LLM safeguard, LLM-as-a-rater, adversarial safety testing, etc)  from scratch and has been used by xxx teams at Google as safety backbone (with 4-digit peak QPS). Our work has been presented in many Google internal conferences.
