Dr. Wendy Walsh is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background encompassing education, community building, research, and Homeland Security/Emergency Management.
With a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Frostburg State University, a Certificate in Design, Partnering, Management & Innovation from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and extensive coursework in Information Sciences from the Naval Postgraduate School, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her roles.
Dr. Walsh has served in various prestigious positions, including Acting Chief Learning Officer and Talent Transformation Director at FEMA, Adjunct Professor at Mount St. Mary's University, and Higher Education Program Manager at FEMA.
Her involvement also extends to advisory roles, having been a former Advisory Board Member at the Natural Hazards Center and serving as the President of the Citizen Corps Council of Monterey County.
