She has excelled in non-profit management, leadership coaching, fundraising, strategic planning, and program development, showcasing a robust track record of success in these areas.

Wendy has a wealth of experience in designing, leading, and facilitating training sessions, with a notable role as a lead educational facilitator for a teacher-training institute in Sierra Leone, Africa.

As a consultant, Wendy has provided executive coaching for the founders of international NGOs in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, offering valuable guidance on organizational strategy.
