Wendy Gable is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition. She completed her BA in English at the University of Delaware and went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, also at the University of Delaware. Wendy has held various key positions at Thomas Jefferson University, starting as the Director of Faculty Recruitment and progressing to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Faculty Recruitment, ultimately becoming the VP of Executive & Faculty Recruitment. Prior to her time at Thomas Jefferson University, Wendy gained valuable experience at Temple University Health System, Christiana Care Health System, and Genesis Health Ventures in roles ranging from Staffing Coordinator to Manager of Recruiting Services.
