Wen-hao Tien
Interdisciplinary Artist, curator, speaker, adjunct Faculty
Wen-Hao Tien is an interdisciplinary artist based in Cambridge, MA, with a background in teaching, consulting, and arts administration. Formerly an Educator and Studio Faculty at the New Art Center, Wen-Hao has also served as an Artist in Residence at the Pao Art Center and Assistant Director at the Boston University Pardee School of Global Studies. With a passion for cultivating creativity and cross-cultural understanding, Wen-Hao has brought her expertise to various museums, independent schools, and arts organizations throughout Greater Boston.
Her work as an artist explores personal identity, belonging, and migration, often incorporating elements of performance, sculpture, and video installation. Through her practice, Wen-Hao seeks to challenge stereotypes and underscore the valuable contributions of diverse communities.
