As a regional IT auditor in 3M, Wei Chieh performed numerous network security penetration testing for 3M Companies in APJ. Besides delivering various audit assignments, he also facilitated IT risk and control assessment workshops and performed assessments for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. He also participated in audits at the 3M headquarters and was the global owner for several IT audit programs.

During his career in HP, Wei Chieh project managed and deployed firewall solutions, Web farm network infrastructure, Web proxy solutions and Internet connectivity in various APJ locations for both HP and Agilent Technologies. He was the lead for a security monitoring program in APJ, and led a worldwide team of five to develop, implement and manage key incident handling processes for a security incident response team in HP. As the only APJ member in a global strategic infrastructure group, Wei Chieh also participated in research projects for information security and mobility infrastructure for HP.
