Wei Ang

Wei Ang is an experienced ASA & Actuarial Developer who is best known for developing the first GPU VA Hedging Model used in the industry with Transamerica.

With 4 years of experience in insurance, he has contributed significantly within the Milliman Chicago M&A team.

In addition to his corporate roles, Wei is an entrepreneur, working on Legit, a social food diary app, as a solo founder. He self-taught Swift and assembled a small team to work on this project, which is currently in private beta.

Wei Ang is most passionate about opportunities at the intersection of Finance, Insurance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.

His educational background includes studying Actuarial Science, Mathematics, and Finance at the University of Iowa, earning B.Sc, B.A, and B.B.A degrees.
