He has a strong background in leading large operations, commercial, sales, finance, and strategy functions, driving commercial impact, digital monetization, global innovations, data science utilization, digital transformation, and organizational transformation to create high-performing and engaged teams. Waynn also specializes in orchestrating complex M&A transactions and disrupting industries, managing business P/L, and holds an entrepreneurial spirit with a social agenda.

Waynn Wu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, and has completed exchange programs at the London Business School and Copenhagen Business School.

Throughout his career, Waynn has held significant roles such as Managing Director at Creador, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Zuellig Pharma, Global Head of Strategy, Business Development, and Finance for Early Life Nutrition at Danone, Group Corporate Development M&A Project Director at Danone, and various executive positions at Baring Private Equity Asia, Goldman Sachs, The Coca-Cola Company, FedEx Express, and McKinsey & Company.

He has also been involved in ventures as a co-founder and non-executive board member at Spa Wash Co.
