Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Oakland University. He is a Certified Connected Vehicle Professional (SAE, CVTA, Mobile Comply) and a Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (EXIN, ITIL v3 Foundation) professional.
