Wayne Redman

Wayne Redman is a prominent figure in the property industry in Australia and New Zealand, with over 40 years of professional experience across diverse asset classes. He has led several large-scale projects and precinct strategies for major corporations, government agencies, developers, and financial institutions. Before taking up his current role as the Head of Advisory and Structured Transactions & Advisory Services at CBRE, Wayne was a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, where he specialized in property advisory and transactions. He began his career with the HASSELL Group as a Principal Urban Economist, and later studied Master Urban & Regional Planning and Bachelor of Economics at the University of Adelaide.
