Wayne Pommen is a highly accomplished business professional with years of experience in executive leadership, business strategy, and finance across various industries. Pommen completed his BA from Harvard University, followed by a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and then qualified for the ICD.D program from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. His career began at Bain & Company as a consultant, after which he held multiple leadership roles, such as Strategy Director at BPP Learning Media, Vice President at TorQuest Partners, and CEO at PayBright. Pommen has also served on the Board of Directors of IOU Financial Inc and Hudson's Bay Company. In his current role as SVP Canada (PayBright) at Affirm, Pommen oversees Canada's top provider of installment payment plans, enabling consumers to pay bills in installments. He was also a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Council at Payments Canada.
