Before his current role at Crowdability, Wayne served as the CEO of The Institute for Individual Investors (IFII), a financial education and newsletter publishing company. During his tenure, he significantly expanded the customer base and daily newsletter subscribers of IFII, culminating in a successful partnership and merger with a major financial newsletter publishing firm.

Wayne also founded TickerHound.com, a white-label Question & Answer platform that powered technology on significant financial sites like NASDAQ.com. His entrepreneurial acumen led to the acquisition of TickerHound by IFII, further showcasing his strategic vision and business expertise.
