Wayne Kimball

Wayne Kimball, Jr. is a corporate strategy and M&A integration professional with a focus on People, Process, and Profit.

He is known for his expertise in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, global business, enterprise transformation, diversity and inclusion, venture capital, strategy consulting, and public speaking.

Wayne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.

He also has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and studied Engineering at North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

Currently, Wayne serves as the M&A Strategy & Integration Lead at Google Cloud and was formerly an Advisor at Google for Startups Founders Academy.

Prior to his roles at Google, he worked as a Business Strategy Manager and Management Consultant at Accenture, Vice President of Global Growth Strategies, Director of Performance Improvement, and Global Operations Manager at ACT-1 Group.

Wayne also has experience working at Google, Inc. in various roles including Sales Operations Account Manager, Deployment Specialist for Google Apps for Edu, and People Operations Associate.

His early career involved internships as a Civil Engineer at the US Forest Service and the NC Department of Transportation.
