Wayne Cooper is a seasoned business consultant with a specialization in Medicaid Information Solutions. With a strong background in proposal development, theme creation, and team building, Mr. Cooper has made significant contributions to the MMIS and MITA markets.

As the Executive Director of Electronic Health Resources, LLC, Wayne Cooper focused on creating niche products tailored for the MMIS and MITA sectors. Currently, he spearheads the marketing of ReadyCert, a product that assists States and Vendors in navigating the intricate requirements of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture initiative sponsored by the CMS. In his role, Mr. Cooper oversees the day-to-day operations of design, development, and marketing teams.

Having founded The Lenco Group, Wayne Cooper elevated a solo consulting endeavor into a national firm that provided support to over 30 state government clients and various major service providers such as ACS, CSC, IBM, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Unisys. His efforts have solidified the company's reputation as the go-to source for MMIS technical resources. Building on this success, Wayne expanded the firm's reach into areas like program management, operations, proposal writing and management, legislative affairs, and industry research.
