Wasif Syed

Dr. Wasif Syed is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in academia, business, and research.

He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta.

Dr. Syed has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including being the Founder and CEO of Ivy Strategy Advisor LLC.

Prior to founding Ivy Strategy Advisor, he served as a Strategic Advisor at innovaMENA and as a Board Member (Non-Executive Director) at Qannas Investments Limited.

He is also known for his contribution as a Disruptor Foundation Fellow at the Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Awards and Disruptor Foundation.

Dr. Syed's expertise extends to his background as an Associate Physicist at RAND Corporation and as a Research Petrophysicist at Shell International Exploration and Production, Inc.

His involvement in the Asian Programs Foundation as a Member of the Board of Directors showcases his commitment to various causes and organizations.

During his academic journey, he also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, demonstrating his dedication to both learning and research.
