By 2005, he ascended to the Group Exco as an understudy to the Group CEO, playing a pivotal role in the international business and overall strategic direction of the Group.
Recognizing the burgeoning M&A landscape in Africa, Warren co-established an African advisory firm in Mauritius in 2009, which evolved into the present-day Summit Africa.
