Warren Rusche

Warren Rusche is an accomplished academic, skilled farmer, and highly sought-after extension specialist with years of experience in animal science and feedlot management. He holds a PhD and an MS in Animal Science from South Dakota State University and Kansas State University, respectively. As a former Owner at Rusche Cattle and Extension Agent-Agriculture at SDSU Cooperative Extension Service, Warren brings a unique perspective to his current role as Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist - Feedlot Management at the South Dakota State University. His expertise includes feedlot health and management, cow/calf operations, ruminant nutrition, and livestock production.
